Q. Who is Xp Pc's anyway's?

A. We are a group of individuals who started out just like you. We all had either no credit or bad credit all to a number of reasons, divorce, lost our job, just got overwhelmed with debt. Some of us have even filed bankruptcy, the one thing we all have in common is that we, like you are not bad people and we feel it is about time someone gave us another chance.

Q. Can I actually save money by purchasing my new computer from you?

A. Certainly, compared to the cost of purchasing through your local Rent-to-Own store or making minimum payments on your credit card you can definitely save money by buying from us.

Q. Is this really a new computer?

A. Absolutely this is not a returned, off lease, used, remanufactured computer, this is a Brand New Computer with all of the latest software installed and ready to go right out of the box.

Q. Will I qualify, even if I have recently filed bankruptcy?

A. Yes, we do not do any credit check what so-ever. Everyone that signs up is guaranteed to be approved, No one is turned down! You establish credit with us by making your "layaway payments" to us in a timely manner before your computer is shipped.

Q. What type of payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, money orders and PayPal

Q. Do I need a checking account to qualify?

A. No, unlike similar companies xpPc's does not require that you have a checking account. Like we said earlier, most of us have been there, we know that there are a lot of good people out there that don't have a checking account for what ever reason. We wont let this stop you from getting the credit and the brand new computer that you deserve.

Q. How long do I make "layaway payments" before my computer is shipped?

A. Providing that you are not late with your payments your computer will be shipped out to you in six months, only half way through your payment plan. We do not make you wait until the computer is paid in full like other companies. We feel that if you have made your payments regularly and on time up to that point then you have established your credit worthiness for the remainder of the loan term.

Q. So, what happens if I am late during the initial "layaway" period?

A. Then we would have the option of holding your shipment until it is paid in full. However, feel free to contact us and have your payment history reviewed, because we understand that things may happen that is out of your control. So, we reserve the right to make changes as we feel necessary on a per case basis.

Q. Won't my computer be outdated by the time my layaway payments are completed?

A. At xpPc's we have the perfect solution for that, unlike other companies, we understand that technology is always changing and computers can in fact be outdated. We pledge to you that your computer will be at least what was advertised, if better computer components are available at the same price that you locked in for, we will upgrade that component at no additional charge to you. So basically the computer that you select when you sign up is at the minimum the computer you will get.
